A Note About Our Services

Our appointments are scheduled exclusively for each guest.  We try our very best to run on schedule for our guests and we ask that you do the same for us.  We recommend pre-booking your services to secure your preferred day/time for appointments.   If you are late we may only be able to perform part of the service requested and may need to reschedule. Guests that are continually late or who have missed two or more appointments without prior notification may be denied future service and will be charged a late/no show fee.  We require 48 hours notice for cancellations.  We also reserve the right to require a deposit to book appointments if you have a history last minute cancelations and/or no shows.
