A Little Bit About Rodene
Rodene is our resident Trichologist, Hairstylist and Business Owner. Her pre-shift coffee order is a London Fog. When she isn't at the salon you can almost always find her at home. Her favourite services to provide are cutting and Trichology services. The thing she loves most about being a hairstylist are the connections she makes with her guests and making them smile!

Rodene's favourite products are Maria Nila Top Coat, Extreme Hairspray, and Head and Heal Serum as well as Kerasilk Texturizing Spray. The top brands she recommends to her guests are Revive and Maria Nila. The product mistakes she sees people make the most are using too much or too little and misusing Dry Shampoo. A Little Bit About Natalie
Meet Natalie Carter, Lakeview's Associate Stylist.
Natalie's love for hair started long before she ever stepped foot in a salon — she was working her magic on clients back in high school! Now, as an Associate stylist, her favorite thing is a great transformation: that moment when a client leaves looking different and feeling like the best version of themselves.
When she's not behind the chair, you'll find Natalie camping with friends, diving into a video game, or winding down with a game of Animal Crossing (the ultimate self-care). Fuel her with a Chai Latte or Iced Coffee and she's ready to take on the day.

Natalie is passionate about creative colour and can't wait to expand her skills with Pony K tip extensions in 2026. Her go-to styling heroes? The Maria Nila Gloss Coat and Volume Spray — she swears by the volume spray for elevating every hair type and recommends it to almost every guest she sees.

Hot Tip from Natalie- One small change Natalie feels makes a big difference in a hair routine is noticing the "problem" areas. Sometimes the biggest impact comes from the smallest change like introducing a volumizing product to your routine or adding a few layers into your cut to reduce weight.

Meet Quinn Foster, Lakeview Independent Stylist.
Hair has always been in Quinn's blood — her grandmother, a stylist, had her spending her childhood in the salon until it simply felt like home. That lifelong love led her to pursue a creative path of her own.
Quinn's sweet spot is lived-in colour and beautiful cuts. Her absolute favorite moment of any appointment is the blowout — when the transformation is finally revealed. Her pro tip that she shares with nearly every guest? Double shampoo. It breaks down product buildup, adds bounce, and creates that volume we're all chasing.
Outside the salon, Quinn is a devoted mom, wife, and dog lover who recharges through yoga, time in nature, and a good thrifting find. After a long day behind the chair, you'll find her melted into her couch in blissful silence. She runs on lattes and London fogs, and her playlist is an eclectic mix of Olivia Dean, Bad Bunny, and Red Hot Chili Peppers — so you know the vibes in her chair are always good.
Excited about the return of 90s and early 2000s hair moments, Quinn is channeling a little Jennifer Aniston, a little Christina Aguilera in 2026 — and we are here for it.
